Whether you're just starting out on your swimming journey or you're on a path to victory in your event, you need a specific plan to help get to the start line feeling confident and cross the finish line still swimming strong.

If you're lining up for the 3km long-distance event, the shorter mid-distance 1.5km, or the 750m, then download one of our FREE training plans. Download a plan that suits your goals or download all three and decide which one is best for you. Programs include three programmed swims per week that slowly ramp up to build your fitness by race day.
